Description of the St Augustine vacation condo rental
This waterfront property is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 8 miles south of Historic St. Augustine. You will be staying in a cozy development known as Point Matanzas, a group of privately owned condominiums. Here you can see the pelicans practice their formation flying and the dolphins play in the waterway. In the land of killer sunsets, it is an aquired skill to compare the oranges and pinks from one night to the next. Of course the judges must be in top form by having a Marguerita or two handy to make a good comparison.
On the inside, there is fresh paint and carpet throughout, as well as a new kitchen. Stay in, go out, coffe on the balcony in the morning, visit our library, go for a swim, walk on the beach, whatever direction you choose you just can't miss.
Area Description
The quality of living here is beyond exceptional, the pace of life is slow motion. This is the perfect getaway for de-stressing and relaxing. If you get too jumpy sitting still, there are numerous nearby quality excursions for individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages and sizes. Many of our guests return to take advantage of fishing in the Itracoastal or from the surf which is just accross the street. So, if you are inclined in that direction, by all means bring your boat, launch your boat, park your trailer, tie your boat up to our dock, all at our facility. Also, you can clean your catch on the dock and freeze what you don't eat for dinner.
