Description of the St Augustine vacation condo rental

Relax in this luxury oversized 3BR, 3BA penthouse condo featuring views of the lake, golf course and partial views of the ocean. Located on the top sixth floor, this single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 1061 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 10, sixth floor (top floor). We also manage Unit 1062 (next door - sixth floor) and Unit 1063, and 1064 (two units down), perfect for families traveling together.

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. There is a breakfast nook effectively doubling the size of the already spacious kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular views.

The three bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic views. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower stall.

Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The living room couch also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the lake and golf course.

Our condo is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all with views of the fresh-water lake.

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including.

Amenities: Includes high speed Internet, AC, heat. Plus, new color TVs, DVD players, CD players, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided. Condo sleeps 8.

We had a restful 4 days just a few extra steps to the beach. Very clean and quite large 3 bedroom 3 bath with a amazing master bath. Condo had all tile with granit located on the top floor couldn't get much better. The pools, gym and spa were fabulous. The only thing missing was a place to grill a little disapointing but our overall experience was a sold 5 star.

The condo was spacious and well appointed, able to suite our family of 7 very comfortably. The beach and 2 pools were a short walk from the condo. The pools were also easily accessible from the beach if a break from the sun is needed. Be sure to spend a couple early mornings on the beach to observe the dolphins swimming relatively close to shore. Even though we are from Jacksonville, only a 45 minute ride, we felt as if we were at a much more distant resort, providing a nice relaxing getaway.

We did not stay at the unit above. But in the same resort. The units are fabulous, nice and spacious. The 2 swimming pools were great. Would love to go back next year but would want to rent an ocean front. The only negative was the lack of beach chairs.
