Our one bedroom, one bath condo has fantastic views of the ocean from every room. Watch the magnificant morning sunrise and hear the sound of the ocean while savoring your morning cup of coffee on the balcony.
This fully furnished condo has two TV's, DVD, CD, Reading library, and well equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, mixer, blender, pots, pans, glasses, flatware and dishes.
The condo has free Internet access.
The bedroom has a king size bed. With an additional queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, this vacation condo can accomodate a party of four.

Ocean Front Condo -You Won't Be Disappointed!

My husband and I rented this wonderful condo twice in the month of November. The condo has a spectacular view of the ocean and my experience was excetional. The owners are very accomodating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. So much so, that my husband I deemed "our special condo" "our home away from home!" If you are from out ouf town, or live in Jax, such as my husband and I, you won't be disappointed! So grab your sunglasses and beach towels and enjoy your stay at this great condo that awaits for you!

We were able to spend an entire week in beautiful St Augustine. The condo was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. We even saw turtles and rabbits in the dunes. (Take binoculars!) Linda's level of communication was great. We will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed in late September of 2012 and had a great time. The beach was beautiful and peaceful; the condo was perfect for the two of us. This was a great place to relax and go at our own speed. The town was a great tourist destination with great food and plenty of things to do. We definitely recommend this place to others.

we've been going to linda's condo for 6yrs, and going back next yr for our 25th anniversary, it's lovely, comfy, beautiful view. it does'nt get any better than that, small town great resteraunt's, wildflower cafe' we go there every time were there, just a great place to vacation. we've been all over florida, but we call this our home away from.

This place has everything you need. Awesome views and sitting right on the beach. The price is too good to be true and then when you get there you realize that it really is that good.It is clean and decorate nice and convenient to everything especially the beach. A Remarkable Honeymoon Experience

The moment my wife and I got there we fell in love with the place. First off, it was a perfect location for us because of the closeness of the beach as well as St. Augustine. It was private enough for us to enjoy some solitude time, but near enough to enjoy time in the local area. Second, the provision of dishes, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, bedding, made the place affordable and heart warming when it came to the finances to be able to pay for the deal. Linda's aid was always available, which was very nice and better than any hotel could provide. She even provided a bottle of wine if we wanted it. I would recommend it to any one, and we plan on going back for future anniversaries if possible. My word of well wishing for the next person who will come to this condo is, "Enjoy and delight in this excellent spot of vacationing. You chose a good spot."

Awesome Beach Front Condo

We arrived in late June. The weather was good and the ocean front condo was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed except groceries of course. The bedroom is perfect and the whole place throughout. The only problem was the shower head had such weak water pressure that it took me forever to rinse the shampoo from my hair. I have very long hair. We had four people staying in the condo, 3 adults and 1 child. This made for cramped staying late at night and early morning. This place would be perfect for 2 or 3 people. We were fine with 4 people because the cost of the condo was such a good deal. We will be using this condo for every visit to Florida from now on. I am a happy camper at this condo. :)

Wonderful oceanfront views. We thought the condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed. There was easy access to the beach, restaurants within walking distance and great views of the ocean and the sunrise.

We have visited Florida a number of times, but this is the first time we have visited the St. Augustine area. Floridians were complaining that it was the worst winter that they had experienced in years. We were coming from Maine, so it was 30 to 40 degrees warmer to us. The condo we stayed at was very clean and the view was awesome. We are beach walkers, so Cresent beach was ideal for us. We walk all 7 days we were there for an hour each day. We have already recommended the location and condo to friends and will continue to do so. Thanks!!!!

St. Augustine is a great place. The beach is wonderful and the condo we stayed at faced the ocean. Could not have had a better view. The condo was clean and comfortable. Will vacation there again!
