Description of the St Augustine vacation condo rental

Nice and very quiet 2nd floor condo in Ocean Village Club (Unit L-24, building with elevator). Our condo is across from the heated pool and community center where you can find a computer, a printer, a small library and small gym. Premium high speed internet is provided inside the unit. You will also be able to stay in touch with family and friends with unlimited long distance calls to United States and Canada.

Ocean Village Club has 2 pools (1 heated), 2 tennis courts & shuffleboard. A private boardwalk leads from the complex directly to the beach, a 5 minute walk from the condo.

This is a non smoking, pet friendly condo that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and 1 pet.

Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a flat screen TV. and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has twin beds. The guest bathroom has shower/tub combination. Living room has a sleeper sofa, a love seat and a new 40" LCD TV with DVD player.

The kitchen is completely furnished, with ice maker in the fridge, new dishwasher, microwave, toaster/oven, coffee maker and all the cookware that you need. The unit is also equipped with washer/dryer, all linens and beach towels.

You will enjoy your meals around a large dining table that seats 6 people.

Please note that the managers of the complex do not allow boats, trailers or RV to be parked on the property.

Cancellation Policies:
Reservation fee is non-refundable.
For stays of 2 weeks or more, written cancellation must be received 60 days prior to arrival date to receive refund of deposit. If written cancellation is received between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged up to full rental rate and taxes (minus deposit) unless the condo can be re-rented.
For stays of 2 weeks or less, written cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date to receive refund of deposit. If written cancellation is received between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
Cancellations made within 10 days and no-shows will be charged full rental rate and taxes (minus deposit).

Area Information

St. Augustine was named one of the 20 top places to visit in the world by National Geographics in 2013. It is the Nation's oldest city, has a nice Spanish architecture and offers sightseeing attractions of all kinds, from the historical Castillo de San Marcos and Fountain of Youth to such amusements as Marineland, San Sebastian Winery, and the Alligator Farm. It is paradise for golfers, who can choose among many world-class courses, and tee off with an ocean view!

Smoking inside the condo or on the balcony, bringing pets without permission or exceeding 6 people will forfeit security deposit.

Great Family Vacation!

This was the last spring break we had as a family as our daughter will be starting college in the fall. We usually go camping, but this time we chose to condo it, and we are happy we did. The place (L-24) was very clean and comfortable, and very accommodating. The bed in the master was comfortable, but wish it had been a king size. The boys said the twin beds were nice as well, and our daughter slept on the sofa without any complaints. Also, the place was pet friendly, so we were able to bring our Bella. She loved her walks (runs) on the beach! Before our week was over, we were already talking about maybe coming back in the fall! We loved it that much!

Owner's reply:

Thank you Chris for that very positive review. He have been using our condo for 3 months this winter and we also found that a king size bed would be nice, but we find that the queen matress is very comfortable so we hesitated. With your comment, I think that we should reconsider our decision for next winter.

Winter break from Dorval Quebec

We spent 1 week at this condo and have rated this condo the best we have rented to date. The condo was fresh and exceptionally clean e.g. no odors or humidity smel and the furniture are well kept with a flat screen TVl. It is a well lighted unit, quiet and only three minutes walk to the beach. We appreciated the heated pool and the tennis courts. The local community are very friendly and eager to give you information about local events, shopping mall, local fairs and attractions. The sandy beach was a joy to walk and safe for children.
