Description of the St Augustine vacation condo rental

Fully furnished condo with garage. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Newly redecorated. Two levels: upstairs master bedroom with queen-size bed an in-suite bathroom and balcony and 2nd bedroom with two twin beds. Deck off 2nd bedroom. Downstairs is a foldout couch that can sleeps two. Fully equipped and remodel kitchen, half bath and laundry on 1st floor. Electric fireplace in living room. DVD and Blue-ray players with televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Condo is not facing other condos and is very private. Lanai off living room overlooks lagoon with fountains and boasts an electric grill. All bathrooms have been redecorated, new carpet in bedrooms. Property is ocean-side on Anastasia Island. Located In the middle of the complex, unit is halfway between pool/jacuzzi and boardwalk over dunes to beach . Widest clean white sand beach in Florida. Tennis courts by pool.

Area Information

Supermarket half mile down the road. City of St. Augustine 6 mi away across Bridge of Lions from the island. . Boardwalk Nature walk just south of condo. Plenty of things to do on Anastasia Island and in Saint Augustine, oldest city in the U.S. where Ponce de Leon first foot on American soil. Very historical city. Visit the Castillo de San Marcos (fascinating fort), see the original Ripley's, take a pirate cruise, go the the Alligator Farm known for having every species of crocodillian known and also a nesting ground for birds, renew yourself at the Fountain of Youth, walk the streets and shop the shops of St. Augustine! There is more to do than there is space to list... or just sit on the beach and watch the birds and dolphins.
