Description of the St Augustine vacation cottage rental

Located in St.Augustine's historic Abbott Tract, our beautifully restored one bedroom Carriage House apartment is four blocks north of the Castillo de San Marcos.

This private carriage house is situated on the estate of a 19th Century Victorian Home on Water Street, and includes access to the Intracoastal Waterway with stunning views of St. Augustine's Inlet and bay.

A private dock is available to you and your guests for fishing or just watching the plethora of sea life.

We also have three bikes available for use to our guests.

The apartment has accommodations for up to five people, with a large bedroom containing a king-sized bed and a single sleeper loveseat. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes all new appliances, cookware, glassware and utensils. Professional height counter tops make cooking a pleasure.

The apartment also has wifi, new ductless air conditioning, two flat-screen HD televisions with satellite TV and a full bath. There is also a private courtyard downstairs with a new deck and BBQ grill.
