Great Spot For A Family Vacation
April 14, 2013
As parents of four children, we were looking for some place where we could all relax and spend quality time together. We definitely found it! The bedrooms were perfect for the kids, and the master bedroom was quiet and bed was comfortable. It had everything we needed from dishes to beach towels. We spent most of the time on the beach or sitting and listening to the surf in the living room. St. Augustine is a very short drive and there is a grocery store nearby. Perfect getaway if you need to relax.

We stayed at this lovely home for Labor Day weekend. The home was very well kept and clean. Lots of room for relaxing and entertainment. The owners were so easy to work with and made this such a pleasant experience. You can't beat the oceanfront location or endless views. Plenty of parking and even use of a garage on-site. We will definitely be back and recommend this home to anyone wanting a beach getaway.

Amazing Home!

This was an amazing property! The owners have it stocked so it feels like home. I forgot to stop and get coffee on the way in, but the next morning I found some already there! I restocked what we used and was pleased to find spices and every dish I needed for the whole week! Was easy to keep up with since all the cleaning supplies where there also! We are already planning our trip for next summer and will book the same house. The views are amazing! You can sit on the couch and have coffee in the mornings and watch the waves come in! THANK YOU so much for a great rental and for making it affordable!

Great getaway
July 2, 2012
Lots of space. Very well kept-up. Perfect get-away place. The place has everything you need. We were there as the east coast of Florida got lots of wind/rain from Hurricane Debbie. The owners were great; came by to check on the grill that toppled over in the wind. I'm sure we'll book again.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and the beach even more so. We enjoyed the sunrise with the visiting porpoises and beautiful view. We envied the best backyard in the world. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and are seriously considering coming back next year. It was GREAT!!!!!

Yellow Sunrise brought us lots of Christmas Joy!

Our second stay at Yellow Sunrise. We enjoyed it just as much as the first. The unit is beautifully decorated and is equipt with everything that you will need and more. The morning sunrise from the atrium is priceless. Sitting in the living room area, looking out of the atrium, almost gives you the impression that you could reach forward and put your feet in the ocean. The management is wonderful to work with . We are eagerly awaiting our next visit!

I had a wondeful trip and the house was very nice. I was a little disappointed that the house was shared by other tenants. I was under the impression that I would be renting a house alone by the way the ad on the internet read. I tend to like a little more privacy when I am on vacation. Other than that everything was very nice.

The pictures don't do this wonderful beach house justice. We stayed there in April for a week and absolutely loved it. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and is very comfortable. You feel very much at home here. The view from the deck is amazing. Close to St. Augustine and everything else. Thanks for a great week. We'll be back.

We booked this house for the week of mar 28th to apr 4/09 and everything was just great First of all the location was wonderful easy to get to town restaurants and shopping but the BEST, what a view right on the ocean nothing in your way.We loved sitting out on the great deck after golf having a few drinks and relaxing to the sound of the ocean and then start the bbq and have our dinners out there fantastic! Inside was also just great,everything you need you do not have to bring thing,although a portable radio would be nice to take out onto the deck. All the dishes and cooking items you need are right there.The bedrooms are all a good size and all the beds very comfortable We really enjoyed our week and we would rent this great house again
