Description of the St Augustine vacation home rental

Sea Witch offers almost 3,000 square feet of gorgeous space, with five bedrooms, a family room, a living room, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a delightful child's room next to the Master Bedroom, three fireplaces, cable, wireless DSL, unlimited toll-free long distance, plus six decks and two porches. Each bedroom is equipped with a phone, a TV, books and the most wonderful linens.p>

First Floor

The front porch leads to a living room with two futons, and a fireplace. Walk right through to the back porch that is so beachy and fun (tiki bar at no extra cost!) This floor features two of the five bedrooms, a wet bar, and full bath. It opens to a back screened porch and a garage. In the garage, you'll find the Golf Cart, a half bath for the pool and beach crowd, the laundry, and an outdoor shower. You are welcome to use the golf cart, but licensed drivers only and a separate agreement must be signed.

Second Floor

The family room features a fireplace, lots of light and leather sofa's for gathering time. It opens to a formal dining room, leading to the kitchen. The second floor also offers a third bedroom that sleeps two, a half-bath and three decks.

Third Floor

The master suite features a large master bath, with jacuzzi, separate giant shower, spacious dressing area, and a king-sized bed with delightful views and TV. The master suite offers great ocean views from the bedroom, a lovely child's bedroom with a fireplace & TV, laundry room and two decks.

Summer Haven located just south of St. Augustine, is where you come to relax in the brethtaking beauty of florida. Ocean on one side and the inter-coastal water way on the other. With miles of white sand beaches and so many historical sights it is a perfect destination for the entire family! As we like to say here its like a class room without walls.
