enjoy and kick up your feet, relax and watch spectacular
sunsets! 3/2 w/loft allows plenty of space for you and your
family to enjoy an afternoon at the beach, which is located
just across the street. There is a community private walkway that will take you directly there.
Great location, just 7 miles south of historic downtown
St. Augustine, this house is close to stores, restaurants,
Marineland, and of course the beach. The house is located
very close to public boat ramps and there is plenty of space
for you to keep you boat at the house.
The community is quite, safe, and very kid and pet friendly.

is the ocean and the other is ICW (International Costal
Waterway) so it is a popular destination for boaters and
a fishermans paradise. Downtown St. Augustine has ongoing
festivals, great restaurants, tours, museums, shops, and
historic district since we are the oldest city in America.
Surfing is also very popular both to do and to watch.
Never a lack of thing to do for adults as well as children.

The owner of this house agreed to rent it to us and asked for a deposit. We sent the deposit and it was received. A few months later the owner wrote and told us she could not rent it to us as she was selling it. She returned our deposit. However it left us in a very difficult situation, searching last minute for another house. We rented another house in St. Augustine and drove round to see this one though. In the end we're glad we didn't rent it because the area in which the house was located was run down and very undesirable. Not a place for tourists.

I talked with the owner....house was available..she was to email the lease agreement....and then all of a sudden...receive email...Sorry, family members coming...no longer available. I just don't believe this is the way you should handle business.

We really enjoyed our vacation here, it is close to the beach and to St. Augustine, it is quiet. A very nice house and the garden with the pool is, too. I can only tell you to spend your vacation here. The Landlord is also very nice and helps with whatever problem.
