Walk to St Augustine beach from this brand new 3200 square feet two story home. Three bedrooms, two in a half baths, formal dining room and living room, family room has a beautiful decorative fire place, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master bathroom has a sunken tub and separate shower as well as a walk-in closet. Master bedroom opens up to a nice balcony overlooking the lake. The other two bedrooms have a queen size bed. All sheets are 600 Eyptian and Pima Cotton. All linens and towels are all white and plush. Tile through out the first floor, and carpet on the second floor. Two double car garage and carport. Front porch gives you the breeze of the ocean. Beautiful pool in this community for the whole family to have fun in. Enjoy the peacefulness of this home in just minutes away from old St Augustine and walking distance to a sandy beach. Bike and walking trails available as well as basketball courts. Came to St. Augustine with my wife and children. The house is in a wonderful area close to stores, restaraunts, old town, and of course the beach. The community offers a great pool which my kids practically lived in. There is so much to do in St. Augustine that a week is barely enough. This house is a great deal and provided to be a wonderful base. We cooked several meals in the new kitchen. Walked to the pool, library, and smoothy shop. We just loved the privacy of renting a house in a quiet community. Above all the owners were informative, friendly, and were assessible throughout our stay for questions about the house or community. Martha is a wonderful person who really goes out of her way to make you feel at home. If you want to feel pampered and stay in a private home this is the place! We did not find a playground in the community, but the pool and pond, make up for it. Great place for kids and families. Thanks Martha for a great stay and vacation

I came down and spend a couple of days with my family from Georgia in St Augustine and we had an incredible time. The home that we stayed at made our vacation. It was beautiful, brand new, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely do another family reunion at this home again. We spent the last week of April at this charming home. We were so impressed by the location, the community and the house itself which was virtually brand new, clean, and decorated in a cozy fashion. Special attention was given to the linens which is always a plus for me!
