Description of the St Augustine vacation home rental

1600sq ft, free standing house with community pool.Three bedrooms and two baths. Fully furnished and decorated with upgrades and all amenities. Dishwasher,ceiling fans and screened back porch with TV. Four TVs , VCR and CD player.WiFi Utilities and lawn service. Small pets welcome.Will consider long term lease at reduced rate. Idea location in quiet residential community but near all local attractions, historic downtown, The orginal Ripleys Believe it or not,. horse drawn tours as well as trolles which give an excellent overview of the historic town. Our lighthouse and bisilliac are great sights, don't forget the "fountain of youth". We have ghost tours, fabulous restruants with all types of food. famous clebrates provide concerts in St Augustine. House was my residence and built to accomidate confortable living.

Area Information

Community is 1/4 mile off highway 95 providing easy access to Daytona, Orlando and Jacksonville.Beautiful quiet golf course community on the St John's County golf course.House backsup to wetlands..This is a wonderful area and location. 40 minutes from airports. Beautiful climate full of activities. My favorite, 4 wheel vechiles can drive on the beach. area is packed with arts, crafts and music.

fabulous home

We took 6 people and our dog. Everyone was very happy with the lovely accomodations. The dog loved the sidewalk strolls he got to go on. We all liked being so close to the beaches, outlets and resturants. We enjoyed our meals at the house as well. The home was comfortable and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I went to St Augustine for my youger sons Engagement and the home was perfect, I felt like I was in my home...Everything was perfect from the location and all of the Amenities... This beats a Hotel by far.. The Owner was a pleasure. I will go back...

This home had everything and was very comfortable. Went with 2 adults and was very spacious and roomy. Owner very friendly. Did not use pool or golf course but did run in neighborhood, very nice and friendly neighborhood. Would use again if available.

We stayed with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and very comfortable - has all amenities you would need. Perfect if you dont want to stay in town and get away from the commotion. Great for a girls weekend, one exit from the outlets! We'll be back for sure.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to town, beach and shopping. Golf course is OK. This home was very comfortable. No pool or spa but everything else to make you feel at home.
