Pelican Roost in an awesome beach house. Our name comes from our numerous decks with great views of the ocean and even the intracoastal waterway. Inside, you enter into the first floor foyer with stairway. 2 bedrooms, a bath, the laundry area and entrance to the garage are on this level. You can access the screened pool area from this level or from outside in the rear of the house. Up the stairs and you enter into a big space including the huge fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The open living room is here as well, gas fireplace, TV, convertible sofa and cozy chairs. You go out the sliding glass doors off either room onto the first of 3 levels of decks. You won't want to, but do come in and see the rest of the house. 1 bedroom and den with bathroom in between are in the back of the house, you enter the enclosed HUGE screened deck from either of these rooms. The screened deck is in the treetops like a treehouse - a big treehouse. It is the perfect place for a romantic dinner, for a rousing game of cards, or just for hanging out. TV's in every room. We have cable and wireless internet access if you have to check your emails or work while here. There is also a phone.
About a 3 minute walk to the beach. It is a quiet, laid back beach, but one you can drive on.

We are on a quiet residential street. Right between 2 beach access points, one a road, the other a walking path. We sit 2 houses back from the beach.
We are about 15 minutes from Old St. Augustine with the great little shops and oh, too good restaurants. Not far to the Alligator Farm, Marineland, Daytona Beach with all the happenings there - Race Week, Bike Week and more.
Great restaurants, shopping, beach, sun and surf! You'll be so busy, it will be a memorable vacation.
