This beautifully decorated, newly constructed, Beach Home features it's very own private swimming pool, fenced yard and much more...luxurious linens, spa tub, hardwood floors...great care and attention to detail - provides for a wonderful vacation! We pride ourselves in cleanliness and assure you an extremely clean and inviting home upon your arrival so that you may relax and enjoy your visit!

Area Information

The Beach/Intracoastal are both within walking distance of the home. There are restaurants,convenience stores and a dry cleaner within the general area of the home. Vilano Beach is Historic St. Augustine’s closest beach to St. George Street & all major Downtown Attractions than any of the other St. Augustine Beaches, a 10 minute drive from the home will take you anywhere Downtown

CoCo's Beach Cottage

CoCo's Beach Cottage is a lovely home. It is exactly how it is as shown on the pictures. It is clean, newer, quite neighborhood. The only thing is that there were these little beach aunts behind sink area. Other than that I would highly recommend this rental.

Family Vacation

The house was great and the pool was so relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach was truly just about a 3 min walk, with easy access, which made it nice to run back to the house for lunch or just a short break. The house sleeps 8 very comfortably and the pool, although small was very enjoyable. We will rent this house again and next time we will bring out dogs with us. St Augustine is very pet friendly!

We were very happy with our stay at Coco's. Next time, we wll have to bring the dog! Easy access to the beach...great pool in the well fenced back yard. Everything was as good as promised in the ads and better. We will be back!

Sweet...ocean walks on a quiet beach, so dog friendly. Lovely owners that maintain their home to the best standards. Truly a home away from home. Close to everything I needed without the commercial congestion of weekend visitors. When I wanted to actually leave the house which was not often, I just popped into St. Augustine for a quick visit to the oldest city for some tourist fun. Close to a great fish market and bakery. Did escape for a day of shopping at the outlet malls. And Caps, my favorite restaurant just minutes away to watch dolphins swim while I nibbled and sipped in my sunset. Will stay longer next time...thank you CoCo. My dog loved it as much as you.
