COTTAGE 2, shown here, is a 2 Bedromm 3 Bath and sleeps 6. It is a two story with 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths down and a Sleeper Sofa and Bath up in the greatroom/kitchen area with oceanfront covered balcony and two Paver Decks (Sleeps 6). Rates run 1600/wk Winter, 1800/wk Spring and 2000/wk Summer

COTTAGE 1 is the largest and a Duplex with two kitchens that can be rented separately or together. Both floors come with Oceanside Covered Lanais. The first floor is a 3 Bedroom (1 King, 2 Queen) 3 Bath with a Sleeper Sofas in the Greatroom and the Study (Sleeps 10). Upstairs is 2 Bedroom 2 Bath plus a bunk room for small children complete with their own TVs (Sleeps 6). The entire home sleeps 18-19 and comes with 4 car garage. Rates run 3500/wk Winter,3900/wk
Spring and 4900/wk Summer.

COTTAGE 3 in a one story Bungalow with Covered Lanai. It has 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths plus a Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 6). Rates run 1450/wk Winter, 1600/wk Spring and 1800/wk Summer. Renovation almost complete. Available June 1.

COTTAGE 4 is a one story Bungalow with open porch and 1 Bedroom 1 Bath plus Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 4). Rates run 1000/wk Winter, 1200/wk Spring and 1400/wk Summer. Still in Renovation with June 1 completion date.

SO HOW IS THE BEACH? The BEST IN TOWN.

There are 4 distinct Beaches in St Augustine. Be sure and find out “where” your beach house is located before you book. I believe this is t he BEST section for 5 reason:

First is the SAND. The sand is like powder, not coarse ground up shells like Vilano to the northo. This is the white powder you are looking for. Great for drip castles!

Second, at OCEAN IS RIGHT AT YOUR DOOR STEP. There is no long raised boardwalk like further south along Atlantic View with a 5 minute walk across the dunes to navigate with the cooler & chairs before you ever get to the water. Here the ocean and the VIEW is steps from your door. Be careful. There are some “beachfront” homes that are so “far from the beach” because of the sand dunes that you can hardly “see” the ocean.

Third, there are NO CARS. This is a major distinction. Everything south of A Street has Cars. Imagine trying to play paddle ball or throwing football with cars continually passing by & having to be on constant baby alert. Not while you are on vacation!

Fourth, the beach is WIDE with GREAT WAVES - Some beaches in Vilano to the north are narrow & steep, some even with rocks. The slope of the beach affects the waves. They break so close in you can't boogey board. The locals consider this the BEST SURFING around. There's a friendly Surf shop with lessons & rentals right down the street on 1st Lane if you have some adventurous ones. The rest will have plenty of fun with the boogey boards provided by Seaside Cottages free of charge.

The Cottages are within WALKING DISTANCE of loads of restaurants. Many beaches both north and south are so isolated you have a long drive to get to anything. Not here. It is so nice to be able to walk over to a restaurant for breakfast or send the kids out for a fish sandwich instead of having to cook. Publix and Starbucks are only 1 mile away. There is a park nearby with Tennis and a YMCA for swimming or workout. Even a funky BQ restaurant with live music and a POOL for their guest. The City has a pier with Splash pool, Volleyball court and Live Music on Wednesday nights. Call for a list of THINGS TO DO.

Historic Downtown St Augustine is only 5 minutes away.

Disney World in Orlando is about 1.5 hrs.

Golf at TPC and Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra is about 30 minutes as is World Golf Village, though there are several courses within 5 minutes.

YMCA with pool and gym (daily or weekly memberships available) is 1 mile
