Nicely appointed town home on beautiful Vilano Beach. Bedrooms and a full bath are downstairs and living area with a half bath is on second story. Apartment is completely furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a variety of cooking dishes and utensils along with full sets of flat ware, serving dishes, and glass ware. How delightful to be watching the pelicans and other birds fly by your kitchen window while preparing a meal! In the morning you can enjoy your favorite brew while watching spectacular sunrises from your private porch or take a leisurely walk on the beach and watch the dolphins frolic. The entrance to the beach is just steps away. Take the newly constructed boardwalk to a white sandy shelled filled beach. The lifeguard post is within the immediate vicinity and with the changing tides warm shallow pools of water form a perfect spot for the little ones to play.

Vilano Beach is one of Florida's "Main Street" Communities. Vilano Road is approximately .5 miles and runs from the ocean to the intracoastal. The newly designed streetscape makes it ideal for a leisurely walk from end to end with various stop along the way. Whether sitting on a covered bench, enjoying the fountains, or a pit stop at one of the establishments, you will be glad you came!
