This cottage is centrally located in Eastpoint, less than a mile to the St. George Island bridge and also the Apalachicola Bridge. There is over 250 feet of waterfront. The cottage is on the north side of the road, and the beach on the south side. Total unobstructed view of St.George Island. The beach area is great for relaxing, enjoying the sunsets and sunrises, and fishing. Great lot with lush landscaping. The cottage is very comfortable, kitchen stocked well with cooking utensils and dinnerware, and plenty of linens. For the budget minded, this is it. Area Information

The beaches of St. George Island and some the prettiest in the country. The public beach is situated just as your enter the island with a boardwalk to the beach, pavillions with cooking areas, restrooms and showers, and restaurants close by. Or the state park offers 12 mile of pristine beaches offering the same amenities.
The historic town of Apalachicola is also only 5 minutes away. This bustling little waterfront town is full of history with its many beautiful historic homes and commercial buildings. Many small artistic shops, restaurants, antiques shops, and gift shops line the streets. You'll find some of the best seafood in the world here. Take a boat up the river, rent a boat, or charter a captain and boat for a great day of fishing.
