Description of the St George vacation condo rental

Pelican Hills is the smallest resort in St. George.

We cater to families who prefer staying at a smaller, quieter resort where they can enjoy the amenities to themselves and spend quality time with their family.

Pelican Hills Resort Amenities inlcude: pool with kids area, hot tub, bbq area, tennis court, volleyball nets, basketball court, grass lawns for kids to play, exercise gym, movie theater, and clubhouse.

There are only seven condominiums available for rent.

These condo's are owned by one company and not by private individual owners so rest assured that all the furniture, appliances, cookware, silverware, beds, and bedding are NEW and not taken from a private owners old storage unit to fill a second home.

Being a small resort we don't need to charge the 7% service fee. This is generally a fee that is included by larger resorts during checkout and is bundled with the local room & sales tax.

From the wonderful location to the luxurius bedding, our home away from home was a delight. We had an infant with us and the convenience of the beautiful full feature kitchen and laundry were invaluable to us. Would have liked TV in bedrooms, but that was minor issue. Beautiful, clean bathrooms were much more important.

We loved the condo experience. We came to St. George for the weekend with family for a wedding. The spacious condo was so much nicer than the motel rooms we had considered. We spent lots of time at the pool and used the theater room also. The view of the mountains was gorgeous. Wish we could have stayed in St. George longer.

What a beautiful place! We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing setting, and we felt very pampered with the luxurious condo rooms, the clubhouse movie theater room, the tennis courts, etc. It is also very close to Tuacahn Theater (10 min. drive). A very pleasant experience to stay there!
