An affordable get-a-way in sunny St. George Utah. This nearly new (totally remodeled in 2005) 1 bedroom condo (sleeps 2 adults in queen, and 1 on sofa bed) and is complete with on site Swimming Pool and Hot Tub (open April thru Oct) NO STAIRS TO CLIMB HERE. THIS IS A GROUND FLOOR UNIT WITH NO NOISEY NEIGHBORS ABOVE.

Condo features everything you will need to have an enjoyable stay. Complete cooking kitchen. Washer and Dryer.
Large Flat Screen TV / DVD / Stereo.

Why drive all the way out to Green Valley when you can have a affordable and comfortable condo closer to town, restaurants, cinema, shopping, etc. You are 15 minutes to 7 golf courses, 30 minutes to casino gaming in Mesquite Nevada, and 60 minutes to Zions National Park.

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The condo is clean,and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equipt. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our DVD players did not work, however, that is our ONLY complaint. We'd definately stay there again!  more...
