Lovely pools in larger St. George area

We enjoyed our stay here. On the positive side, the pools were the highlight. They were heated enough to enjoy in October, and the hot tubs were hot and relaxing. The palms around the resort are beautiful. It was really relaxing to use the pools. The grounds are well-kept and lovely. There are a lot of units. The kitchen had the equipment we needed. The room was fairly clean. We had no problems checking in. The door handle kept to falling off, so that was frustrating, and there was a stain on the pull-out sofabed. Also, no mattress cover was provided. The kitchen had some items that could have been cleaner, and the cupboards really needed to be wiped down. A drawback for us was that our event was downtown St. George. This property is located behind a large butte which divides Green Valley and St. George's downton, so every time we had to go to town, we had to drive around the butte. It isn't too far, but it adds time and miles to every trip to town. I wished we had been closer. However, the tradeoff is that it is a quiet area, away from all the hustle of downtown. This unit has a lovely view of the valley. The sliding door is very hard to slide and I couldn't get the screen to slide at all. They request you to put in a load of laundry on your way out as you leave.

Ironman St. George Getaway

My girlfriend and I came to St. George for the 2011 Ironman. It was my first ironman unwanted a homey environment to relax in before the race. Our condo was perfect. Beautiful views, furnishings, and locality. Perfect venue. Will definitely rent from Sunny St. George again. Thanks and cheers! -Matt from New Jersey

Nice condo, sized just right for 4 adults. If you're planning on a visit to the area, it is a much better deal than a hotel. Check-in/out was seamless, well communicated procedures, easy in, easy out. Recommended.

Great Condo!

I loved this little condo. It was very clean with almost everything looking new. The bed was a little hard but I put a memory foam on it and it helped a little. Some people like hard beds so it probably wasn't as hard as I make it sound I just happen to like very soft beds. It had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathtub, shower and everything you need as far as dishes, pans, coffee maker, microwave, etc. In the bedroom was a big walkin closet, dresser and full size bed. The living room had a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, recliner and coffee tables. The kitchen had a small country style table that sat 4, refrig, stove, dishwasher. There was a little porch area out front. It was very quiet and I didn't have any problems. Parking was very close and I could see my car from my front window. It was well lite. It is just blocks from the movie theater, the Red Cliffs mall, Walmart and a bunch of other stores. I would stay here again if I ever went thru the area again.

GREAT CONDO

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The condo is clean,and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equipt. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our DVD players did not work, however, that is our ONLY complaint. We'd definately stay there again!

It was wonderful, clean, well equiped and pleasant. Being without a phone was a challenge as we use the internet extensively. We went to the library to accomplish that task.

The condo was well equipped with the exception of having the cable turned on for our occupancy but the service was enabled the next business day. The property was affordable and I would recommend to my aquaintances.
