This 3 bedroom villa is directly on the sea front at St James on the famous Caribbean West Coast. It is only a short distance into Bridgetown, or Northwards along the coast road to all the amenities that the West Coast is famous for. It is ideal for family holidays and provides an ideal base to engage in many island activities like scuba diving and snorkelling, water skiing, paragliding, jet skis, catamaran cruises, deep sea fishing and golfing breaks (5 top courses).

To rent Beach Haven Villa is to stay in a properly cared for private luxury home - not any €˜rental €™ villa. It is kept scrupulously clean by the dedicated maid who attends for 3 hours every day. It accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 double air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom/shower facilities. A special additional feature is the large Jacuzzi type spa & massage pool on the rear patio overlooking the fantastic ocean view.

The villa is fully equipped, as you would expect in a luxury private home. The kitchen has a double oven with a ceramic hob, an American style fridge/freezer with icemaker, a microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and range of stainless steel utensils. The living / dining room has elegantly casual comfortable seating with dining table & chairs, and a TV with video and DVD player connected with satellite channels.

Other unique features of the property include personal safes in the bedrooms, hairdryers and soap dispensers in the bathrooms, the full security alarm system, patio flood lighting, and finally the elegant light and airy décor with rendered coral stone walls.
