The villa is situated on a large property surrounded by lush gardens. The house has all of the amenities and there is a covered patio for relaxing in the afternoon sun with a drink in hand. The villa is ideal for a couple or small family who want a clean, quiet location that is near to the island's best beaches and restaurants.

The villa is a five-minute walk from the supermarket, banks, shops, bars and restaurants. It is also a 5-minute walk from Holetown and one of many nearby public access points to the beautiful west coast beaches. At the beach you'll find Cocomos and Surfside beach bars offering snacks and drinks.

• Deposits: Deposit cheque or Banker's Draft for 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking. This deposit payment is non-refundable. A cheque or Banker's Draft for the balance is required 8 weeks prior to the date of your arrival.
   
• Other Fees: In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $300 US is required with the balance of payment. This deposit is to cover breakage or damage during your stay. The deposit will be returned to you in full by post within 14 days of departure, provided there is no damage to the property.
