Villa Lapaz is located in the upscale neighborhood of Sunset Ridge,St.James. 2 doors up from the US Embassy residence. It features 4 air conditioned bedrooms with two of them master suites.lavishly furnished, with master suites,living,dining and reception rooms all opening up to private swimming pool. Well maintained 1/2 acre of tropical gardens. ,Lapaz has computer,printer,fax and high speed internet. 52 inch satelite TV with dvd library.Senior,children and handicap friendly with only two steps on property and a portable wheelchair ramp.This gated villa with security lighting and in-house safe is only 5 min away from Holetown,Sandy Lane golf course,Tennis,beaches,shopping and the finest restaurants. Imported Italian tile through out home and pool area. Great for entertaining or just having a private tropical drink under the stars.

Area Information

Just 5 minutes away from Holetown,which is the oldest town founded in 1620's,yet one of the country's most modern cities. A popular site 5 min away is Folkstone Park,a narrow white sand beach & blue carribean water to picnic,surf and snorkel. The park also has its own museum.
Holetown beach has many water sports,sking,jet ski rentals and glass bottom boat tours.Beach bars and nightlife, shopping and dining all within 5 min from home.
