Description of the St. Jean vacation villa rental

Villa ACE is a recently built, 1-bedroom villa on the St Jean hillside. It has a view of St. Jean Bay and the hills beyond. Completed in early 2011, it mixes modern design, organic materials, comfortable furnishings, and ample amenities. The gray rock, cream limestone, dark wood, and natural fabrics create a refined, relaxing ambiance.

Spacious and private, Villa ACE seamlessly integrates the indoor and outdoor spaces. Large, sliding glass doors and open terraces connect the various living spaces, including a fully-equipped chef's kitchen and open living room. A covered outdoor terrace houses a comfortable sitting area and dining for 4-6 people, with views across St. Jean Bay. The 15-meter pool, with a built-in champagne bubble bench, is perfect for swimming or a refreshing dip. Opposite the terrace is a private sunbathing garden with chaises.

Across the terrace is a large and airy bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bath, featuring limestone, dark wood, and fine linens. There is an indoor shower as well as a private, outdoor tropical garden shower with water views.

Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, Wifi network, satellite dish, two HD TV's, built-in audio systems with docks (iPod/iPhone compatible), 110v outlets, gas grill, and more.

This location couldn't be more convenient. Villa ACE is a short walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants of St Jean, a 2-minute drive to the airport and food markets, and only 5 minutes from Gustavia. No long drives home after dinner.

This villa can be combined with Villa SAS for a total of 3 bedrooms. Although next to each other, these two villas are completely private from one another.
