With spacious balconies, a dining room, an outdoor dining area, garden, a private swimming pool, a courtyard with a gazebo, a living room, cable television, DVD, and a CD player, this villa is a truly unique beauty.

The Grand Villa has a paved driveway leading to a carport, and the villa sits on about one acre of professionally landscaped property. The Grand Villa is fenced on all sides, and the gate where you enter the landscaped courtyard, leads to a patio with furniture where you can have a party. This villa is a wonderful gathering place.

Another distinctive feature at the Grand Villa is that it offers a beautiful gazebo and spacious pool deck, ideal for private parties. Many guests have also used the gazebo for small weddings. The Grand Villa has four large bedrooms far apart from each other. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fans. The Grand Villa is ideal for four couples or 8 people. Three bedrooms have a king sized bed, and one bedroom has two double beds, making it ideal for parents with children.

The Grand Villa is only a 5 minute drive or a fifteen minute walk from one of the most attractive beaches in Antigua, which offers the opportunity to go swimming, snorkeling, boating, water skiing, sailing, and many more activities. First class restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, two casinos, and other nightlife, are just a few minutes ' walk from the villa. Also, the capital of Antigua is just a 7 minutes drive away.

At your request, we will be on hand to greet you on your arrival at the airport, and provide you with transfer to the villa. • Deposits: A $300.00 security deposit will be collected upon check in. In the absence of any damage or loss, this deposit is refunded after check out and inspection of the villa. If there is damage to the villa, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the deposit. If the amount of the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest will be financially responsible to pay the rest of the damage fee.
   
• Other Fees: Maid service would be $35.00 and is upon request only. Cook is $40 per day plus the cost of groceries. When you book with us, we meet you at the airport, show you around and escort you to the appropriate villa. We can rent a car for you at the lowest rate possible in Antigua, if you so desire, usually $35 per day.
