LUXURY LIVING WATERFRONT RENTAL IN ST. JOSEPH, MI

Our 40th Anniversary was made special with our stay at this lakefront home. Our group of 9 found the home spacious & comfortable. The little ones loved the beaches & basement game room, while the adults most enjoyed the lake breezes & sunsets from the deck. Vic was very helpful & accommodating. Thanks so much!

Our return visit to this very comfortable,and especially clean home is always a pleasure. The breathtaking view that can be seen from the upper and lower balcony is one of our favorite features of this home. Even on a rainy day, we were able to enjoy the outdoors because the balconies have an overhead cover. The home is furnished with all the necessities and then some. There is a game room for the young and the young at heart. The entertainment system is crystal clear, and the lightening is adjustable to everyone's needs. Even if our family takes a fast-paced vacation, we try our best to spend some time at Island Pointe Marina, so picturesque and wonderfully close to charming St. Joesph with all its little stores, concerts, and numerous festivals. All we can say is thanks for the wonderful memories this luxury waterfront vacation home in Island Pointe Marina gives the Lemberger family.

This house was perfect for our needs. Very large home slept everyone in our party comfortably. The home was well updated, clean, and close to town. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the boats go by.

we rented this house last summer and were very very pleased. it was clean, comfortable, and beautiful inside. my two-year old loved to feed the ducks, visit the playground, and visit nearby silver beach. we all loved to eat outside and watch the boats go by. i spent summers in st. joe as a child, and was so happy to find a place to continue that tradition with my own family. we have rented again for a week this coming july and can't wait!

Our family highly recommends this home! We so enjoyed the spacious living and immaculately kept rooms. Our children loved the game room, especially on those rainy days. Having the pool available just doors away was great! The hot tub was heavenly too! It was so nice to sit out on either of the decks to catch some rays, watch the weather roll in or just watch the boats go by. Having the grill and all the serving dishes was convenient when it came around to meal time and feeding our large family. There are so many things to enjoy in St. Joe. We were able to visit Silver Beach, the Children's Museum and walk around downtown for shopping and ice cream! The owner was very easy to work with and kept us informed continually. If you're planning a trip to this area, we highly encourage you to rent this home in this beautifully calming community!

We loved the area, being so close to the beach and the quaint town of St. Joseph. It's so peaceful sitting out on the deck watching the boats go by
