Located on the grounds of the Legandary Evangeline Oak, made famous by a poem by Henry Wadsworth-Longfellow, along the lazy Bayou Teche. This location is considered one of the most romantic in all of Louisiana. St. Martinville is considered the hub of Acadiana and is also considered the home of the "original settlement" of the Cajuns. Only 10 minutes from Lafayette, New Iberia, and Breaux Bridge. Old Castillo B&B is listed on National Register of Historic Homes. Building is Greek Revival archetecture.
