It is a 4 bedroom vacationers' paradise which has its living quarters upstairs so guests can view the beautiful panorama provided by the Eastern Shore of Maryland. With the master bedroom also on the second level, the three other bedrooms, including in-law suite, occupy the first story. All rooms open up to views of the water's edge.

The Beach House features a sandy beach, dock, upper and lower screened porches, patio, and swimming pool. A complete supply of outdoor amenities, including grills, lounges, hammocks, tables and chairs makes the outdoor experience complete.

The Beach House is located in the historic town of Oxford on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Situated on the Tred Avon River, this wonderful refuge has spectacular views out to the Chesapeake Bay. From both the first and second floor porches, guests can gaze out on the river at the watermen as they check their traps for the day's blue crab harvest, smile at happy go lucky ducks as they waddle across the shoreline, and see the majestic osprey as they build their nests out in the river.
