Description of the St Pete Beach vacation condo rental
This is a new, luxury condominium located directly on St. Pete Beach. It has a spectacular view of the Gulf from the third floor. You can enjoy watching the dolphins, boats, and sunsets from the double balcony off the living room and master bedroom. It is approximately 750 sq ft plus the large balcony. This includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, and living room. We recently re-decorated the 2nd bedroom to have 2 twin beds and flat screen tv with dvd player. We also just replaced the queen bed in the master bedroom with a high quality king mattress. Several guests have requested to purchase the same mattress for their home after sleeping on it. A floor plan can be emailed to you upon request.
Area Description
The condominium is located on the exclusive St. Pete Beach. Directly out the condominium is a quiet, peaceful, private beach area. Walking the beach to the South is the beautiful and historical Don Ce Sar Hotel where you can enjoy a relaxing lunch, dinner, or ice cream. There are numerous beach bars, restaurants, watersports, cabana rentals, and volleyball in walking distance.
There are many fabulous restaurants and bars, including the famous Hurricane, which are only a short bike ride or drive away to historic Pass a Grill. Busch Gardens Amusement Park, great museums, and excellent shopping are all nearby. Disney World is just a 2 hour drive.

Although I rented this for my daughter and her family, she couldn't speak highly enough on her wonderful stay at the condo....beautiful accomodations, beautiful view of ocean & pool, and she wants to definitely come back.
everything as advertised, nice \i could communicate with owner, only negative was the wifi was either not working or unreliable and had to use adjoining buildings waves
Beautiful Condo right on the beach with an awsome view. Kids aged 12 and 8 had a wonderful time at the pool and beach. Met lots of nice people. We will be returning to this condo development.

We spent a glorious four days in your lovely, very clean condo. We appreciate all the efforts you have made to make it feel like home. We have run out of time and aren't anywhere ready to leave this place! The weather was great! We saw beautiful sunsets, had great walks on the beach, and our granddaughter loved the pool, hot tub, and surf. Well-we all did. We hope to return again soon!

We wish we were going to be here longer. We already are confirming another 2 weeks at your condo for next year. The whole family loved it, my kids loved the pool and the ocean.
