Description of the St Pete Beach vacation condo rental

Make New Memories at our top floor gulf front condo on world famous St. Pete Beach. Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo sits six stories high and looks down the length of fabulous St. Pete Beach and the out to the Gulf of Mexico. The top floor location assures your privacy. Sit out on the table on the spacious balcony for morning coffee and watch for dolphins. Cuddle in the king master bed watching and listening to the waves break along the shore below. Take a romantic walk along the beach as the sun sets into the gulf and the beach skyline lights. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with manicured lawns, boardwalks and a private sunbathing area with lounges, tables and 2 stainless steel gas grilles. Large heated pool with plenty of lounges.
Through the interior decor we've tried to bring the feel of a tropical floridian beach right inside. There's a glass dining room table with 4 comfy chairs. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet, king size bed, TV, large dresser, 2 night stands, separate access to the bathroom and sliders leading onto the balcony. There's a full kitchen with everything you need. Spacious living room has a pull out couch and an armoire contains the TV, VCR and DVD players. Carpeting in the bedroom and livingroom. Tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.

Area Information

There is so much to do in Tampa/St. Petersburg! The Condo is 10 minutes to Ft.Desoto Park North Beach, Dr. Beach's #1 beach in all of North America. 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and Ybor City, Busch Gardens, NHL, Hard Rock Casino, NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the theatre, Cruise Ship Authority and Aquarium. 15 minutes to Legends Field, New York Yankees Spring training, Tropica Field And the American League's Devil Rays. Antique shops, sugar white sandy beaches, bicycle and scooter rentals, car rentals, public Transportation via trolley, jet ski rentals, fine dining, surf casting, fishing excursions, a wide variety of restaurants, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, wildlife viewing and last, but by no means least, tons of shopping are within easy walking distance. Central Florida is a Golfer's Paradise.There are also historic sites, Shell Island, galleries, I-MAX Cinemas and State Parks.For
those on the go, Disney and the Orlando/Kissimmee area are only a 2

Beautiful view

We had a great time at the Caprice. The staff kept the grounds, pool, and the condo very clean. Prior to our trip the owner, Nick, called and emailed me he was very willing to answer all my questions and assisted by making restaurant suggestions. Great location close to restaurants when you could pull yourself way from the beach.

Best location on St Pete Beach. Unit was nice but 1 BR units are recessed and thus are noisy from all the other tenants. Loud on their balconeys and hammering late at night, etc. Need to have noise policy and give out sheet each time used so emphasize and some form of enforcement. Loud talk, etc on balcony at 1 and 2 in morning not good. Overall, good experience.

Owner's reply:

I am sorry to hear that this guest had to endure noise from another party that was inconsiderate, I wish he had contacted me so I could have intervened on his behalf. I'm not sure about his theory on the recessed balcony and noise. I have owned this unit for 10 years and have spend a lot of time on my balcony as well as other balconies in the building and have not noticed the recess adding to the volume. This is the first complaint of this nature. Sound carries at the beach and the buildings are made of concrete, neither of which I can do much about. Unfortunately, some guests want to make lots of noise and fail to consider others. At the time of booking, I try to impress upon all my guests to call me if they are having issues during their stay. In this case, I would have contacted the owner of the unit the noise was coming from and had them put a stop to it. I appreciate his other comments about our resort and will bring this issue up at the next Board meeting.

Fabulous little getaway!

July 8, 2008

We celebrated our 42nd anniversary at this beach condo! It was a perfect getaway to watch the fireworks at St. Pete Beach, close to tennis courts, great restaurants, grocery stores and easily assessible for the bike trails. The accomodations were clean and well maintained and the price was right.
