The master bedroom boasts a large King Sized Bed and panoramic views of Tampa Bay.

The kitchen is fully equiped to include all appliances, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, etc.

Living room features a plasma flat screen television, cable, DVD/CD player and comfortably seats all guests.

Access to clubhouse facilities including heated pool. Guests may also inquire into golf and tennis rates at nearby country club.

Only 3 miles to beautiful downtown St. Petersburg and 5 minutes to St. Pete Beach on Gulf.

Great to get up each morning with such a wonderful view. This building sits within 25-30 feet of the bay. Very comfortable and homey, but don't expect typical Floridian decor or a beach like feel. Well outfitted with linens and kitchen (mostly from Granny's home) , but all useful. Owner was dutiful in checking upon our arrival that all was clean and functioning -- thanks Ken!
