My husband and I rented #14 at the Waves on St. Pete Beach, we had a great time. My sister got married at the Grand Plaza just a few blocks up the street and we decided to make it a whole weeks vacation. End of September seems like a great time to go, the rate was very reasonable and the beach wasn't crowded at all. The condo was perfect. It was great size for the two of us, provided what we needed and was really clean. We liked that it was gated and we had a designated parking spot. It's just two streets over from the beach, the walk isn't bad at all. The owner of the unit had chairs and beach things in the condo to use, which made it really convenient and more enjoyable when we went to hang on the beach. We had a problem with bugs in the coffee maker the first morning we were there, but we called the rental company and everything was taken care of that day and everyone we spoke to was really helpful. We had a great experience and will definitely look into renting again if we go back.
