Description of the St Pete Beach vacation condo rental
Condo rental for a MINIMUM of THREE (3) months available from Jan 2013 to May 2013. All inclusive 3-month Package !
Unit is located on 5th floor of Beau Monde Condominium, a secured building on beautiful St. Pete Beach. Completely renovated and newly furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with spacious open floor plan and views of the Gulf of Mexico to the West and Boca Ciega Bay to the East from unique enclosed windowed sun room. Décor is coastal/contemporary. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets with customized shelving. Master bedroom has king size bed and guest bedroom is an office/bedroom with queen size Murphy bed and combo Jacuzzi tub/shower in bath. Living room has a Sony 52” flat screen LCD HDTV. The entry, kitchen and dining room are porcelain tiled; carpeting in living room, sun room and master bedroom; wood laminate flooring in guest bedroom; fully equipped kitchen with pantry, extra-large counter-top bar and swivel stools; Tommy Bahama dining room table with four chairs; electric fireplace; leather sofa and chairs in living room.
Amenities include interior atrium, covered assigned parking, heated pool with landscaped patio/lounging areas and steps onto beach, two gas grills, tennis courts, exercise room with sauna and showers, completely renovated club room with full kitchen, including a card room and pool room. You are within walking distance to Dolphin Village, with grocery, pharmacy, several specialty shops and a restaurant. Up and down the boulevard are many fine restaurants. Five minutes away is historic Corey Avenue with its specialty shops, theater, art galleries, restaurants and more. Public transportation is at your door, plus car and scooter rentals. There are many beach water sports and excursions, as well as beautiful sunsets and fireworks celebrating special occasions.
Things to do . . . visit Ft. Desoto Park, 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg, with many historic landmarks, the Vinoy Hotel, the new Dali Museum, Tropicana Field; 30 minutes to downtown Tampa and Ybor City, Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, and numerous baseball spring training facilities within driving distance; two hours to the Orlando area.

St.Pete Beach-Beau Monde Condo-Unit 508

Unit # 508 is an A+++unit in an A+ building in a perfect centralized location on St. Pete Beach. We rented this unit 1/23/12-4/30/12 and just cancelled for 1/14/13-4/13/13 due to illiness. This would have been our 5th year coming to St. Pete Beach, each year staying a little longer. Unit 508 is immaculately clean and impeccably decorated. The unit is open and fresh...We were fortunate to be the first renters last year after the owners had totally remodled the unit.The owners, John and Pam Scott, are first class landlords.The 5th floor center location facing north is outstanding. The Beau Mondo building is as clean and maintained as any building we ever stayed in. If you can stay for 3 months, this is the place to stay......
