WOW IS THE WORD

What a beautiful place to stay. We have been to St. Pete Beach before and stayed in hotels. Not anymore. My family and I love the area. not far to walk to the beach, also not far to walk to any of the fine resurants/bars either. We can't wait to book this condo again. Great people and very friendly.

A great condo - spacious, modern and very clean

We stayed there for the marathon week. The condo´s location was perfect, close to start and finish line. We were a party of 5 and although we were sharing the condo, everyone had his privacy due to the spacious place. It was very clean and furnished in a modern IKEA style. Well equipped. The photos describe it very well - what you see is what you get. The only thing we missed was a little supermarket or coffee shop just round the corner. Therefore we had to take the bus (bus stop very close) and go up Michigan Ave. Mike, the owner, was very nice to deal with over the phone or email.

The condo is as discribed and more in a great walkable area. Walked to the Field museum and soilder field as well as the lake and planetarium. Realy a great value if compared to the hotels down town.

A great place with nice views. Worked well for 3 couples. Only complaint was that 'fully equipped kitchen' didn't include some basics like measuring cups or mixing bowls...

Very clean unit with modern, minimalist decor. Comfy Ikea beds with cotton sheets, terrific views of the city and lake. Very, very clean. In-building parking a plus. Located in up and coming Prairie District - easy walk to Starbucks, the lakeshore, several eateries. And Kime, the owner, is very helpful and accomodating.
