Description of the St Pete Beach vacation home rental

ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL - PERFECT FOR 2 COUPLES

This is a beautiful, newly remodeled home in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

The home is two stories, and although the first level is finished, it's not used as a living space. This is a beautiful stucco "stilt home". The living space is on the second story, so there are some stairs to climb.
The second story of the home looks out over the water from the beautiful new Cherry and Granite kitchen, the dining room, living room and master bedroom. Sliding glass doors are throughout those areas. The lovely sits beside calm water on a wide canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay.

Our house new ceramic tile throughout, and new carpet in bedrooms. All rooms are freshly painted, with new appliances, new bathrooms and new kitchen. The appliances are stainless steel.

There is a lovely entryway, huge new sofa with all new Broyhill furniture, large TV and stereo.

The master bedroom, has a new king sized bed and top quality mattress for a deep and peaceful nights sleep.
It also provides a full ensuite with stand-up shower, all newly tiled, with cherry cabinets and granite. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom adjoins a "study-bedroom", with a desk for your computer, and day bed. This provides two additional twin beds (a day bed has a trundle underneath) for other guests (or a retreat from your snoring spouse, simply close the solid pocket door). There is an additional walk-in closet in this study room as well.

You are welcome to sit out on the back deck and look over the yard yard pool area to see the famous, legendary Don Cesar hotel. It is a view worthy of a picture.

Just below rests a beautiful solar heated pool, with a southwest facing yard, palm trees, overviews of the canal. Occasionly dolphins and even manatees may swim by to say hello. You can fish off the long dock and watch the sunset from the dining room, living room, master bedroom. Or, have breakfast (or dinner) on the back deck.

The second bedroom has Tommy Bahama furniture, a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and it's own full bathroom, with tub and pedestal sink. This bedroom is on the other side of the house (from the master).

The dining room seats eight.

A house water filter has been installed, providing you with both safe and tasty drinking water (and water for bathing).

Provided is a full size washer and dryer on the main (second) floor.

The home is provided with high speed internet available, and cable TV. There is a land line and line for local calls.

This home is perfect for 2 couples. THERE IS A ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL. PLEASE DON'T EMAIL IF YOU CAN'T TAKE THE HOME FOR (AT LEAST) ONE MONTH.

Area Description

This is a very quiet, safe and secure neighborhood.

The home is located in "Vina del Mar" a little island across from St. Pete Beach, on the Gulf of Mexico. This island has a real "Old Florida" feel to it. There are a mixture of older, smaller ranch homes and newer large homes on the island. Cycling is popular in the neighborhood, and you're close to the beach trails also.

You can walk to the beach itself (the Gulf of Mexico) in 10 minutes (only 5 blocks). Or walk to one of many local restaurants just "over the bridge" that leads to the island. There are several seafood restaurants, and an Italian restaurant within walking distance. There is a local meat and seafood market right across the bridge too! A Publix grocery store is a five minute drive away, near the hotel section of St. Pete Beach.

The trendy town of Pass-a-Grille Beach also has a variety of restaurants and shoppes. It's a 2 min. drive to this area.

There are parks for children on Vina del Mar, and a basketball court. Tennis courts are also available in Pass-a-Grille. The beach itself is white sand (but not the real sticky type) and never too busy! It's clean, uncrowded, and safe. It's onderful for those long romantic sunset walks by the water.

Boat rentals, jet-ski rentals, kayak rentals, etc. are all nearby.

Just rent a car right at the airport, and drive on over for your most restful and fun-filled vacation ever!

Deposits: $1,400 deposit required for two week stay. Balance of $1,400 due upon arrival. $2,000 deposit required for one month stay. Balance due upon arrival.

Tessier Dr. We enjoy laying out at the pool...taking a dip any time of day or night in complete solitude. You usually don't see or hear any neighbors around. It's so relaxing to look out over the water and watch the boats and yachts go by (it's a no wake zone, so it's very peaceful).

We look forward to going down for a break from the winter whenever we can, with our family. It's a wonderful place!
