Description of the St Pete Beach vacation home rental

Mediterranean Style Home Located in the Exclusive Neighborhood of Old Pasadena with outdoor security cams.
Only 2 miles from St Petersburg Beach and Treasure Island.
This beautiful executive style home is 2,600+ sq ft. Tiled and carpeted with volume ceilings. The Entry door opens into a spacious foyer. The Great Room has a flat screen TV and custom designed curved sectional couch that comfortably seats 8 people.
The Main house offers a large gazebo dining area that seats 6. The kitchen is spacious with island and bar area. Gas stove top and indoor grill. All appliences are new.
The Master suite offers its own bathroom, two sinks, spacious vanity and shower designed for two people. In addition, this room gives direct access to small gym and Pool/Jacuzzi area.
The two spare rooms are also fully furnished with cable TV and wireless internet.
The Guest House is located in the back of the property and seperated from main house. It is a large studio area with King size bed, Flat Screen, Cable, wieless internet and a small fridge and microwave. There is also a full private bath.
Pool area has a heated Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and Small gym area.

Area Information

2 Minutes from St Pete Beach and Treasure Island Beach. Walking distence to Grocery Stores, Tennis Court, Gym and easy access to the Pinellas Trail. Less than 5 mins from Tyrone Mall. 10 minutes from beautiful downtown St Pete home of the Dali Museum. 20 mins from the Tampa airport and the St Pete/Clearwater Airport.

AMAZING FIND!

What a peaceful upscale neighborhood of cobblestone streets and manicured homes set among mature trees. This home is JUST RIGHT with a fenced in pool and whirlpool, modern angles within the well-built spacious home. It's about 5-7 min from public beaches but buffered from noisy traffic by the upscale neighborhood. PEACEFUL, WELCOMING. And the landlady is available but not intrusive. I WILL RETURN.
