Description of the St Pete Beach vacation home rental

This house is located at. 3210 East Maritana DR on St' Pete Beach , Florida.
Is nice bangalow house nice renovated from inside out . Has 3 bedrooms brand new beds and closets. Has new kitchen with new stove,fridge etc Master bedroom has ensuit as well. New laundry room with laundry machine and dryer. In the front is parking for 4 cars and in the back you have solar heated salt water pool which fits 10 people, gazibo and barbeque .Plus you haove 5 beach chairs and beach umbrella if you want to go at the beach . The beach is only 5 min walking and is in the best place of the St'Pete beach at Don Ce Sar place. This house is only 20 min from Tampa airport and 1 1/2 hour from Disney . All stores are close you have Wal-Mart only 10 and Publix 5 min far from .You have golf coursel and fishing place .We provide free high speed internet and phone for calling in USA and Canada.

Perfect place to stay. So close to beach and away from hubbub House very clean and spacious. Pool and back yard was great. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have re-booked for next April. Everything was just as stated and we had no worries with any transactions/payments. Every time we had a question, it would be answered immediately and graciously Thank you for such a fantastic time

Family Holiday

The was awesome.It was everything we excepted it to be. The kids enjoyed the pool and the guys enjoyed all the fishing around the area. The back yard was great also. The walked to the beach was short and easy. The owners were awesome also. My family would recommand this rental to anyone. It was our best family holiday and will be going again.

Outstanding Home

My Son is in the Air Force and was TDY to Tampa area over Christmas. This home wasperfect for the family to get together overChristmas. The owners where very accomidating. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was ready for us. The pool was crystal clear and the home was spotless. I recomend this home to anyone. The owners can use me as a referance ifneeded. Thank you again for a memorable Christmas.

Perfect Vacation Home with great owners!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is great. Very pretty and safe. Neighbors are also very nice even though we were noisy a couple late nights. Heidi the owner was great. Very accommodating and answered emails super quickly. Every afternoon dolphins swam through the bay and we could see them from the house. I have nothing bad to say about this property. It had everything we needed for our stay! Thanks again to Heidi for graciously allowing us to occupy your home for the week.

Great home close to the beach!

July 17, 2012

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The pictures shown and amenities listed are 100% accurate. The house had everything – all we needed to bring was our personal items (including a beach towel) and food. Our group enjoys to cook and the kitchen was great for that – we had all the supplies we needed including plenty of cleaning supplies. The open kitchen/living area was great but our favorite place to be was out by the pool. Plenty of chairs and some shade if you need it. It’s a short walk to the beach right by the Don Cesar resort and it was only a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. The owners were great and quick in responding from my first initial inquiry all the way up to the day of our departure. They were also accommodating in our arrival and departure time which we ended up being very thankful for as the first of our group to arrive to meet them for the keys was very late. We did have to pay for the stay in cash upon arrival (not sure if this is their standard policy as we were only staying 3 nights) but we didn’t find this out until about 3 days before our arrival. It was a bit of a challenge to coordinate between 7 people for the cash needed. We didn’t mind paying in cash we just wish we would have known more than 3 days before. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend staying at this house. We definitely hope to stay there again when we go back to St Pete Beach!
