The contemporary kitchen is a chef's dream with a sleek clean design personalized with warm natural tones and complimented with high-end appliances:: two sinks, wine storages, Miele coffee/espresso make,r warming drawers and much more. Stunning mahogany wood stained cabinets and glowing quarts countertops are encompassed by a semi-circular bar. Guests can sit and have a nosh while conversing with the cooks in the kitchen as well as the living area. Crestron surround sound system can play anywhere in the home, as well as outside by the pool. The absolutely tranquil beautiful large solar heated pool complete with a fountain hot tub, enhances the beauty of the property and overlooks the water. The terrace overlooking the pool is decorated to give an outdoor living experience. Many guests have enjoyed fishing off the dock. Ft. De Soto Beach, St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grill Beach, are all only a 10 minute drive. Valet park your car at the world famous Don CeSar Hotel, also known as The Pink Hotel, and enjoy their white sandy beach. Do you like tennis? Tennis privileges can be arranged at a local private tennis club. Golf courses are also near by. Guests have enjoyed getting massages on the back lawn at the house at sunset. Even hire a yoga instructor. Other activities include paddle boarding and kayaking, just to name a few. A marina is just down the way where you can rent or charter a boat. St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area have a rich, diverse and cultured history, equally as beautiful and fascinating as each city in the Tampa Bay area.. Downtown St. Petersburg, located along the bay, hosts The Salvadore Dali Museum featuring over 2,000 items of the famous artist's work. The Dali is very kid friendly. The renown glass blowing artist Dale Chilluly has a gallery bearing his name with exquisite work. The Museum of Fine Arts is just a short stroll from both the Dali and Chihuly. Along the famous Beach Drive are outstanding boutiques and diverse restaurants, as well as a park along the bay with magnificent banyan trees to picnic or even climb. Clearwater Beach is famous for it's aquarium, home to Winter the dolphin, featured in the movie, A Dolphins Tale. You like sporting events?
