Description of the St Pete Beach vacation townhouse rental
This 2200+ square foot townhouse sits on the shore of the "Blind Pass" inlet from the Gulf of Mexico. From any of your three patios there are beautiful subtropical vistas. You will see Dolphins, schools of mullet, pelicans, herons and once in a while a manatee. You can fish right from your own dock.

The ground floor contains the 2-car garage, a game room with ping-pong table, and a patio leading to the dock and pool.

The first floor has a large eat-in kitchen, the great room with a 50" flatscreen TV and entertainment center, a full size slate pool table, and a half bath. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony overlooking the pool, dock, natural waterway and theGulf of Mexico.

The second floor contains the three bedrooms (one is presently configured as an office with a day bed), the guest bath, the master bath, and the laundry room. Large closets throughout. From the master bedroom, doors lead to still another deck overlooking the water. There is a 30" flatscreen in the Master bedroom. In the master bath you can shower or relax in the whirlpool bath while watching pelicans dive for fish just outside your window.

Both the first and second floors have wood or tile floors.

Area Information
St. Pete Beach is a community with something for everyone.

Within a couple of blocks is historic Corey Avenue. Within about four blocks you will find two banks, barbershops, antique shops, restaurants, bars, an art gallery, and more. During many weekends a three block area is closed to cars for arts or crafts displays, car shows, etc.

Within a mile of the townhouse there are probably 50 restaurants and sportsbars, Several within a few blocks.

Public transportation includes a trolley which provides service all along the beaches from Clearwater Beach on the North to Pass-A-Grille on the South end. In addition to regular taxi service, ther is free taxi service around St. Pete Beach itself.

A beautiful public Gulf beach is about six blocks away. Here you will a full service snack bar serving breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day.

If you are a "Pickleballer" just three blocks away the St. Pete Community Center hosts games many times during each week.

Drugstores, supermarket, bike and surf shops are all within 4 blocks. There are boat rentals and charters about a half mile away, and golf courses within a few miles.

All the comforts of home and MUCH more !

The dolphins and watercraft on the Pass provides an always interesting view from this huge home. The afternoon sun is always available on the decks and is usually protected from gulf winds by the south end of Treasure Island. The location at the north end of St. Petes Beach is off the always busy Gulf Blvd and is in a quiet residential area. Its easy to travel up and down the beaches for shopping and dining out. Our hosts were very attentive and concerned about our enjoyment of the property and made in a very successful adventure. Thanks!

Great home. Wonderful people to rent from. We gad one of our best vacations ever. Great location. We were there a total of 6 weeks. St Pete beach is a great place to visit. Walking distance to most everything. Most likely will be back to Florida next year
