This charming apartment on the second floor of a thoughtfully updated ca.1910 home features a compact fully equipped kitchen, LCD HD television, cable and broadband wireless internet access, and a 10' x 20' deck overlooking Beach Dr and Baywood Park. Can be configured as either twin or king bed arrangement.

This is a smoke-free building.

This studio apartment has so much to recommend it: great location, welcoming and gracious hosts,clean, compact space, comfortable beds, lovely balcony where we ate most of our meals and the linens supplied and laundry facilities available in the house. We would definitely give it high marks for a couple or individual who want to be near downtown St. Petersburg in a comfortable, modest studio. We are a couple from the New England who spent the third week in March at this location and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our hosts were so very helpful in giving directions and offering advice. We would definitely return to this studio.

We were so pleased to experience this comfortable efficiency apartment with well-planned amenities, making it our home away from home. The location was perfect, a short walk from tourist attractions, area parks, shopping, museums and other entertainment, as well as great restaurants. The proprietors were friendly and interested in enhancing our experience. We had a great stay in St. Petersburg!
