I had a wonderful time in St Petersburg at this cute studio!!!! It is very well equiped, it has absolutely everything you may need!!!!The house is very quiet and the studio pretty private. The balcony is very nice and the street not that busy. Owner is quite friendly and knows the area.

If you need to be in downtown St. Petersburg, this is the place to stay. We have rented both the efficiency and the one bedroom and both are spotlessly clean, very well furnished with everything you would need and in a great location for walking to the stores and restaurants. There is also a dedicated parking spot that is a plus in an area where parking can sometimes be an issue. Highly recommended.

This studio apartment has so much to recommend it: great location, welcoming and gracious hosts,clean, compact space, comfortable beds, lovely balcony where we ate most of our meals and the linens supplied and laundry facilities available in the house. We would definitely give it high marks for a couple or individual who want to be near downtown St. Petersburg in a comfortable, modest studio. We are a couple from the New England who spent the third week in March at this location and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our hosts were so very helpful in giving directions and offering advice. We would definitely return to this studio.

We were so pleased to experience this comfortable efficiency apartment with well-planned amenities, making it our home away from home. The location was perfect, a short walk from tourist attractions, area parks, shopping, museums and other entertainment, as well as great restaurants. The proprietors were friendly and interested in enhancing our experience. We had a great stay in St. Petersburg!
