We spent 3 months in this apartment. Everything worked and we didn´t need anything more for our long vacation. Location is great whether you have a car or not. Sightseeing, shopping, dining everything in a walking distance. Host Gary helped as much as he could even with our broken tire! All in all a good sized apartment for two.

I just returned from spending May and June at this property in the Old Northeast, a gorgeous neighborhood just adjacent to beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg. Besides checking out local real estate with an agent, I had great fun exploring the museums (Dali and others), attending performing arts events (don't miss the Florida Orchestra!), trying the various one-of-a-kind restaurants (especially my favorite, the Fourth Street Shrimp Store), and best of all, seeing old friends and making new ones. One of the greatest advantages of this apartment is that it comes equipped with a superb WiFi connection, so be sure to bring your tablet (I purchased one for my trip). I found it useful for planning my activities. It was truly the perfect apartment for my extended stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I just returned home after spending January and February in this Historic location of St. Petersburg. It had everything we were looking for. Bike trails, and just blocks to a beautiful beach, safe area to walk, ball parks, restaurants, and within walking distance to town. Our hosts were super people, can't wait to go back.

You are near to all that is great in St. Pete. From the Dali Museum to the 4th Street Shrimp House, everything is within minutes. I do a great deal of bicycling and the Pineallas Trail is just a few blocks away. The owners were very helpful in terms of suggestions and directions. All in all, I would highly recommend this St. Pete site.
