We are a waterfront community, Waterside at Coquina Key Condos, located on Tampa Bay just 4 miles south of downtown St. Petersburg thriving city. Only 7 miles to famous
St. Pete and Ft. Desoto Gulf Beaches.

We are gated with 24 hr. security. Surrounded by water, swimming pools, tennis courts, media center, fitness center, fishing pier and plenty of nature. Surrounded by Tampa Bay and tropical landscaping.

Unit very nicely furnished, 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on 2nd floor, 668 sf, laminate hardwood looking floor, nice updated kitchen. No washer/dryer in unit but we do have a very nice clean onsite facility by the pool and fitness center.

Amazing

Staying at Waterside at Coquina Key was amazing. If you like being surrounded by water watching dolphins, pelicans, blue herons, and boats, this is the place for you. The Yaucht Club and pool area were 5 star. Having a quiet dinner at the club overlooking Tampa Bay was spectacular. The condo we rented was perfect. Everything you would need was there. Watching the sunsets from our patio on the Little Bayou were amazing, too. Already looking forward to next year.
