Beautiful location directly on the peaceful waters of Tampa Bay and the friendly island of Coquina Key. Our condo development is newly renovated and boasts two pools (one heated),hot tubs, a gym, tennis courts,an onsite convenience store, 24-hour gated, secure community,and a yacht club within a few paces of my condo where you can cook what you catch or let the staff cater to your needs. We have a kayak, fishing poles, one of the best views and an amazing sunrise every morning. An absolute steal!

What can I say about St. Pete? We offer everything a sports enthusiast could ever want: great golf courses, excellent fishing and sailing opportunities, professional baseball, football, and hockey teams closeby, not to mention the parks and water in every direction. Two of the best beaches, in my opinion, St. Pete Beach and Ft. DeSoto Beach, offer every ounce of fun you could squeeze into a vacation--parasailing, sunbathing, waverunners and boats to charter, camping, canoeing, dining on the water, it's endless!
