Description of the St Petersburg vacation condo rental

This is an awesome gated waterfront community. I have three 2 bedroom units available. All are nicely decorated with that "Florida vacation" feel. Everything you need is included from towels, sheets, to silverware and pots and pans. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush.

Huge patio through french doors overlooking the water.
Two queen size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Views of the water from all units. (sleeps up to 6)
Brand new paint and carpet throughout.
Kitchen has new appliances, and includes pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.
Wireless Internet.
Living room has 32 inch television with DVD player and basic cable.
All bedding and towels included.

Area Information

You are 5 minutes from downtown St. Pete, many restaurants, the
famous pier with shopping and great views of the bay. Visit Baywalk
and dine or go to the many shops or just watch a movie.
You are less than 9 miles to the gulf beaches and the barrier
islands, home to Caladesi Beach, Americaï¿½s #2 beach in 2006. Also
home to Fort De Soto Park, Americaï¿½s #1 beach in 2005, we offer 35
miles of white-sand beaches on some eight major barrier islands.

Beautiful gated, secure resort community with two huge pools. One pool overlooks the water where you can relax and watch cruise ships go by, watch dolphins play, see manatee swim by. An onsite restaurant, marina with lounge right on the water. Eat dinner overlooking the bay.

Good value

We lucked into finding this property late at night, due to spring break we could not find any suitable hotel/motel rooms in the area. We got a quick repsonse from the initial inquiry and everything went smooth. The condo was very clean, quiet and well appointed. We could not have found a nicer place to stay on such short notice. We will use Vacation Home Rentals when we plan our next vacation.

Waterside is absolutely beautiful and safe - from the pool view of Tampa Bay to the hospitality of the Yacht Club ! Ted was very helpful and our month at his condo went by far too quickly!

Great Unit

July 20, 2011

This was the second year I have rented a unit from Ted. We were late getting to the unit due to a delayed flight but there were no problems checking in. The unit was clean, quiet with plenty of room and a nice view of the lake. I will surely rent the unit again next year for my third visit.

Wonderful vacation

The resort was like home. The kitchen was fully stocked. The home was neat and well maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable, once your head hit the pillows it was lights out. The resort was furnished with ample supplies. The side yard with direct access to the pool was a plus. We enjoyed our stay hope to return soon.

Our condo was excellent. We had a great view from the deck. Our unit had everything we needed. The rules at the pool seemed to be a bit of a money grab. You had to have a special tag with you at all times and that was ok, the problem was the tag was only good for 3 people. A family of 4 or if you had 2 guests you were required to purchase another tag at a cost of $50. That is very unfair. That tag should be good for 4 people at least. Anyone who has 2 guests for a visit can only take 3 into the pool. Money grab.
