Condo is also very close to the Pool/Sauna Area.

The condo is fully Equipped and Furnished with Tropical Theme Decor.

Beaches in the USA. All Beaches are 10-15 minutes away.

The 18-hole Golf Course is in the middle of the island.
Tennis Courts, Shopping Center, Restaurants and much more.
The swiming pool is very close to the condo and is also
very close to the water for fantastic water views.
Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Jet Water Ski Rental,
Boat Rental, Sailboat Rental, and much more.
Famous Fort Desota Park is rated as the #2 best beaches
in the USA and is only 5-10 minutes away.
Several other World Class Wide White Sandy Braches in the area.
Busch Gardens in Tampa is a very good place to go with Rides, Ice Show, Anamal and Bird shows and a lot more to do and see. 40-45 minutes.
Tampa Zoo is near Busch Gardens.
Lots to do, Large Enclosed shopping Center, 15-20 minutes,
Many other gift shoppng centers, and Restaurants in the area.
The Boardwalk in Treasure Island has many restaurants, and
different shops. This is a very good place to see and enjoy.
You can find a lot of different sea gifts. You can go on a deep
sea ride or fishing.
Tarpon Springs known for Sponges. Lots of different Sponges,
and other Sea items. See Sponges being brought in by
very large boats. Several dress shops, Sea Shells, Coral,
and many other Salt Water items.
Disney World and other Theme Parks in Orlando are from 1-hr to a little over an hour.
In Tampa, NFL Football Bucaneers.
In St Petersburg, home of a Professional Baseball team and
Dog Racing. The Pier with lots to see, restaurants and other
gift shops.

We just got back from spending April month at this condo.it was a wonderful experience. The view is so beautiful.we saw lots of birds and fish even a small shark from our balcony. Wow this condo is for sure water front, from every window you can see the water, the kitchen was beautifully updated, the granite counter.... I never seen such a beautiful granite the owners are very nice and make you feel at home in there condo. I have rented in Florida for many years & never had this View of the Water....when people say location location location... this is it, look no further. Breath Taking ......

We recently rented this lovely condo on Isla del Sol. The location was perfect. It overlooked the bay and the pool. All day you can look from the balcony on the second floor and enjoy fish jumping, boats sailing by, and relish in the sunrises and sunsets. The condo contains everything you could want. It was spacious and clean,well furnished and maintained. It was close to beautiful beaches and shopping and a golf course. The owner was very helpful and gave us hints as to where to find information about St. Pete's area. A great condo at a great price. We would love to stay there again.

What a great time we had each morning awakening to a beautiful sunrise through the bedroom window. Watching the pool activities from our balcony allowed us to meet lots of nice people in a short time Convenient to the beaches and supermarkets A very well maintained unit Will definitely come back

The unit was about 800sq ft. One wall all mirror which visually doubled the size of the unit and reflected the light and views of Tampa Bay. Fully equipped and A/C. A spotless, quiet unit & complex. Easy to find,with generous parking,close to all amenities. I particularly the adjacent golf course as a place to jog at 0630hrs. Grounds were meticulously kept, pool (visible from our 2nd floor) was cleaned every morning. Primarily adults (kids MUST have an adult supervised), radios and loud music discouraged (thankfully). The best unit I've ever rented.

This was the sweetest, most romantic vacation yet! Joe and I haven't got one single negative. This area is central to any activity you could possibly want....as a bonus, I was visited by two dolphins while sitting at the water. We swam together for 7-8 minutes!!!! Wonderful.

Thanks to service above and beyond by the owner and Carrie at waterfront, my vacation was a total success. The internet modem broke over the Labor Day Holiday weekend but Carrie was an absolute bulldog and would not stop until I had a new wireless modem. This was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation my husband and I have ever had. The condo was clean, well equiped, close to everything (including beaches), and has an incredible view of the beautiful sunrises. The price is definetly not a reflection of what the condo is worth. You get a 5 star condo at a 2 star price. The owner was extremely helpful in planning our vacation and made sure that we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The residents at Palma Del Mar were also very friendly as well as the staff. We would LOVE to make this property a yearly vacation. Thanks again to Gene for making our 25th anniversary vacation an AMAZING one!!!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is well equipped for a long stay with kitchen tools, linens, etc. Owner is very nice and attentive to renter's needs. Loved the proximity to beautiful beaches, particularly Pass-A-Grille and Fort DeSoto. Enjoyed watching dolphins frolicking in the water from the balcony. Great view of the Sunshine Skyway from the balcony too.
