Start your morning with peaceful views of the tropical gardens in the screened-in sun porch.
This first floor newly renovated condo, with hardwood floors throughout, has two bedrooms and two full baths with queen size beds.
The kitchen has been updated with stainless steal appliances with a dishwasher.
The condo has a spacious living room and dinning area including a washer and dryer.
Central air conditioning and heat.
Very clean!
No smoking and no pets permitted.
Relax by the two beautiful pools surrounded by lucious gardens or play tennis, shuffleboard, and many more clubhouse activies! Make friends, converse with new and friendly people.
3 months minimum stay.
Maintenance crew on site.

Great three Years

Enjoyed our three winter stays. Clean, nicely decorated with a lanai overlooking courtyard. Friendly people, lots of activities 10 mintues to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had all the amenities, was very clean and comfortable.we were close to the beach, shopping and my husband enjoyed walking over to the marina and going fishing.The pools were great and we enjoyed the tennis courts.Donna was very nice and easy to work with.
