Enjoy this 1st floor vacation condo just 5 minutes from the St. Pete beaches and 2 blocks from the marina. A new custom kitchen, new carpeting thru-out and freshly painted and refurbished. Convenient shopping within walking distance. This is an excellent location, right near the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. Many activities take place during the winter season ie. bar-b-ques,card night,coffee clubs and a general friendly atmosphere that welcomes all visitors.
Gulfport is nearby with Senior Softball, the Casino Ballroom with nightly dancing and many quaint shops and restaurants along the beach. Beautiful Sarasota is nearby along with the great beaches of Clearwater. The condo has all your needs: a fully stocked kitchen of appliances, a new dishwasher, stemware,dishes, and china, pots, pans, and garbage disposer. All linens are supplied including bath and beach towels. ALL RENTERS MUST BE 55 OR OVER. NO PETS OR SMOKERS PLEASE.
