This fabulous 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo is located on the end of a canal it offers an oversized private patio-perfect for enjoying Florida's wonderful weather, grilling out or just relaxing the day away. You can fish off of the 3.5 miles of sea wall, then grill them for dinner. This home is ideally located- literally steps away from the community pool, hot tub, and on-site bar/Yacht Club. Enjoy our 24 hour fitness facility, tennis, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, darts, corn hole and so much more!

Area Information

Waterside is a private gated community on the island of Coquina Key at the most southern tip of St Petersburg. Just 10 minutes drive to downtown St Petersburg where you can enjoy the world renowned Dali Museum, Mahaffey Theatre, the St Pete Pier or visit the Dale Chihuley art exhibit or enjoy a meal in many of our great restaraunts. Waterside is just 15 minutes from the highly coveted St Pete Beach, Fort Desoto, and Pass a Grille. Lots of shopping is close by with the Ellington Outlet mall just a short 30 minute drive. Interested in seeing a professional baseball game? We are 10 minutes from Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays. If football or hockey is more to your liking we are 45 minutes from Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and 45 minutes from St Pete Times Forum home of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
If you are looking to go to the theme parks Adventure Island and Busch Gardens are an hour away in Tampa or you can drive to Orlando an hour and a half away to go to Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld or Epcot Center.

Paradise=Waterside at Coquina Key

We spent 2 months at Waterside at Coquina Key. We were absolutely happy and loved every minute. It is clean, beautiful, lives up to its online descriptions and then some.The residents are diverse, and children and pets are allowed. Water,water everywhere!
