cute and clean 3/2 home ready to move in and feel like home,nicely decorated with warm earthy colors and has every thing that you would need and more. nice spacious backyard for a florida home w/ two large trees that provide nice shade. am moving out to be w/ my significant other so i would be leaving my furniture(tv's, computers,linen,towels etc...) everything that you would need you would be set!
prices includes electric,water, local phone,internet,alarm system,cable,full kitchen, king size bed,queen and room for another bedroom set if wanted,available june'07.
Area Description
Smack dab in the middle between beaches in south saint petersburg and tampa fl. 20-25 min to Tampa international, busch gardens, 20-25 min from beaches(st pete beach,treasure island and madiera) 5 minutes to down town st. pete located where you are surronded by just about whatever you would need(tons of restaurants,businesses,groceries,shops etc...)i personally work 2 minutes from house. great location for living or vacationing
