Description of the St Petersburg vacation home rental

Executive 2 story 3,000 sq. ft. home located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with 130 FT of deep sea wall, three boat lifts, swimming pool, two person hot tub, huge balcony, with picturess views of the sun set, boats, dolfins, and many more.
The pool and waterfront access are restricted by a baby fence protecting children animals etc. from accessing that area.
The interior consist of a huge kitchen, dining and living room off the entrance, followed by a family room equip with large screen TV, Bar. Pool table, card table, foose ball and more. The last room on the bottom floor is the gym with a treadmill bicycle, weights,(can be used as the fourth bedroom).
This house is equipped with an abundance of recreational games and fitness equipment to satify any vacationer. You are only 10 minutes from Saint Petersburg Beach, Pier, Boardwalk and great shopping and lots of entertainment.

Airport 20 minutes, Down town Saint Petersburg, 10 minutes, Saint Pete Pier, shopping, entertainment 10 minutes, beaches golfing 10 minutes.

My family rented this house in April 2008. It had everything that was listed. The owner is a nice guy and trustworthy. This was the first time we rented a house online and it went very smoothly. Nice neighorhood, pool is clean, hot tub work great, game room was great for family. Near restaurants and supermarket, near 275 for convienence. I'd rent it again.
