Description of the St Petersburg vacation home rental

This charming, newly remodeled bungalow offers many upgrades, amenities and all the comfort of home. Beautiful hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances in a lovely and fully stocked kitchen. Just head to the nearest grocery store less the 5 minutes away. As you enjoy your sspacious rental home, you will find a newly remodeled bathroom with tile threw out.There are six closets n this home for plent of storage. You may notice the dining room table is set with beautiful matching china and cutlery for four, however the table expands to six. In the master bed room there is a sitting table for your pc, reading or relaxing with a cup of coffee. Queen size bed with a TV w/vcr/dvd combo.The second bed room offers two twin beds and Flat screen TV.There is a bonus room off the living room that has two twin beds, wicker fueniture and can double as a bedroom/sitting room. (Very Bright and airy).Also if you need to the comfy couch in the living room could sleep a seventh person. The kitchen is a dream come true with it's stainless steel side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, microwave and dishwaser. Pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are all there plus more.The huge back yard is privacy fenced and has a brand new hot/tub that seats 4-5, and gas grill for cookouts with the family. All utilities are included in rent ( basic cable and internet hook up as well). Linens and towels are provided and we offer a weekly cleaning service for an extra charge. We also offer a small basic libary of dvd,s and a washer and dryer on site. If you like to fish we can supply you with salt water fishing gear, all you have to do is buy the bait. There is plenty of room for on street parking and space for a small RV or Boat. ( call me with the measurements). PLEASE NOTE ON DAYLY RATES THERE IS A 2 Day Minimum. Small well behaved pets ok. Soooo much to say!!! Will start with your rental home being centerally located in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. All drivng times are approx. due to driving conditions. Aprox. 6-8 minutes to down town, 10-15 minutes to area beaches. 8-10 minutes to large shoping mall. Aprox. 5-6 minutes to the nearest hospital, Approx. 30 minutes to Tampa Airport or St.Pete/Clearwater Airport. A few of our many attractions are just a short drive away, including all attractions in (Bush Gardens), Tampa. We have the 5 story St. Petersburg pier, The Sunshine Skyway fishing pier, John's Pass and the Famous Fort Desota State Park. Also Tropicana field, golfing and some of the most beautiful beaches, fine dining and great fishing around. If you like antique's we have a great selection of shops and antique areas for you to explore. Saint Petersburg, Florida has so much for you and your family to enjoy!!!

I live only an hour away, but do business over on the gulf beaches. Instead of driving home every day and then driving back to my job site, I have stayed in this delightfull Bungalow many times this season and found it to be a perfect "home away from home". The owner, Jack, is just a minute away and always the perfect host. I've stayed in other rentals in the area, but none has compaired to the warm and comfortable feeling of this spot. My thanks to Jack!!

just spent 9 days in this wonderful bungalow. Very safe neighborhood, great location, very clean and comfortable and Jack is extremely hospitable. I do recommend it.
