Description of the St Petersburg vacation home rental
The home has a crystal clear solar heated pool complete with a deck area and lanai. This beautiful home is ideal for the larger family, two families or just a group of friends.
It has been furnished throughout to extremely high standards with all the amenities of home. A remodeled kitchen with all appliances; stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all your cooking utensil and dishes. Other amenities includes a Flat Screen Television in every room, a DVD/IPOD Player, wireless high speed internet, Wii console with games, Netflix, a printer/fax/copier, home security system, telephone with free local and long distance calling, washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels and the floors in the house are polished terrazzo and wood laminate.
The home offers over 1,500 square feet of living area. It comprises three bedrooms, a Master Bedroom with a King Bed Bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a CD Player/IPOD dock and a large walk in closet. There is a living room, family room, laundry room and a dining area in the kitchen.
As charming as the house is, you'll find yourself spending more time outside. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a lush, well tended lawn, fruit trees and other decorative foliage. The backyard is surrounded by a privacy fence with a screened in patio, outdoor eating area, large solar heated swimming pool and BBQ grill. For the safety of children, there is a pool safety fence located around the pool area, installed on request.
Area Information
Sports including the Devil Rays for Baseball, the Buccaneers for Football, the Lightning for Hockey, all types of baseball teams including the Yankees, the Orioles, the Cardinals, the Phillies and many more enjoy the St. Petersburg area as home for their spring training camps.
With a climate promoting year-round play, pack you clubs and enjoy the wide variety of golf courses, with more than 50 places to play in the area within a short drive. Orlando’s famous attractions are less than 90 minutes away.
To experience nature, Fort DeSoto Park has something for everyone. Along with three miles of white sandy beaches, the island also has several fishing piers and endless bicycle trails for running, biking and roller-blading.
Along with shopping, dining, entertainment and sports of every kind, the home is just a few miles away from the white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico’s turquoise waters with 35 miles of the best beaches in the country.

One bright sunny Saturday afternoon we slowed entered the residence we were going to spend the next month in. A glow fell upon our face as we wandered throughout the house, the glow of contentment. The house was immaculate, like a postcard. It did not take long for us to make ourselves at home, we checked out what supplies were available, read the handy guide book that Karen provided, made our shopping list and enbarked on the best holiday month any family could have. What can I say but, Thank you Karen for allowing us to spend our start of our retirement at your residence. It seemed like we spend hours in the pool, every day. We had visitors throughout the month, their feeling about the house were the same as ours, AWESOME . The grandkids loved playing in the pool, with the board games provided, on rainy days, and playing in the pool on rainy days LOL.You are centrally located, easy to get around, and the neighbours are great, and quiet. All in all, an outstanding holiday, thank you again.

One of the BEST Vacation Rentals EVER

We have rented more than a dozen vacation rentals over the years and this is by far, one of the best experiences we've ever had. The location is great - very convenient to grocery stores, Tyrone Square Mall, gas stations, and restaurants. Downtown St. Pete and the beaches are located within a 15-20 minute drive. It's not a fancy neighborhood, but it was quiet, clean, and appears safe. Location: A- (it's not on the water, what can I say?). The home was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only thing I wanted that I couldn't find was steak knives. Having the little things like dishwashing liquid and detergent, scrub sponges, paper towels and TP, coffee filters, sweetener, salt & pepper, ETC. made arrival so much easier. Also, I've never seen so many beach towels in a rental either - and that was wonderful - for use in the pool and trips to the beach! The washer and dryer were a huge asset as we didn't have to pack as many clothes. House: A+ The pool was great! My grandson had the best time and he actually learned to swim while we were there. Thanks for all the pool toys - nice touch! The house has clearly been recently remodeled and was well decorated; we loved the terrazzo floors (wish we had them here). The beds were comfortable, the tvs were great (wish there was a second DVD player), and the a/c and fans kept the house comfortable in the 90 degree heat. Accommodations: A Price-wise, I thought it was a little high for the summer season. However, I've paid as much for accommodations that were not nearly as clean and well furnished. Value and experience: A-/A. Overall, this was a totally wonderful "A" experience. We had a great time and we will definitely look here when we want to return to the area.

The house itself was wonderful. As soon as you enter you feel at home. The Solar Heated Pool and overall layout of the place were the highlights. We did run into an issue with the air conditioning one afternoon, but the caretaker was very responsive and it was addressed within an hour. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and you're less than 20 mins to the beaches and downtown St. Pete.

Home is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short distance from beaches, shopping, etc. The home is in very good condition, has a good layout, and a pool. Everything needed was provided along with extras, eg. pool floats for children, beach chairs, towels, and cooler. Much thought was obviously given to setting this up for vacationers. Home is beautifully decorated, with different themes relevant to the area. The owner is friendly and pleasant to deal with and addressed any concerns quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable vacation.

What a lovely spot. This home was perfect, everyone had lots of room and the second bathroom was great, especially the walk in shower for Mom. I would definitely recommond this property to anyone I know who may be looking for a rental in this area, I know for a fact that if we were to visit the area again I would want to rent at this location.

Cozy, stylish and comfortable describe the vacation home we rented in St. Peters burg, Fl. The owner possesses great insight into the needs of a vacationing family. Everything we needed was provided from pool floats, beach chairs, to a Whinnie the Pooh toaster that actually toasts the picture of Tigger on the bread. We plan to go back again next year. Thank you.
